Yogi's Playground with Ms. Barb! In-Person
For ages 5-8
Cost: FREE, registration required (Please cancel your registration in a timely manner if unable to attend, we usually have a waitlist of children.)
Yoga mats will be provided.
Fun, age appropriate yoga poses and games to strengthen the body, along with mindfulness activities including relaxation and breathing exercises. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
