Foliage & Flowers in Oils In-Person
*This class will be held at the John Hanson (ANB) Hall*
Open to teens 13+ (free) and adults ($140). Registration is required.
Join local artist Ashley Lohr for a hands-on oil painting class where you’ll create your own symmetrical floral composition from start to finish.
Begin with a decorative drawing, transfer it to 9" x 12" black paper mounted on wood, and bring it to life using oil paints, palette knives, and brushes. Learn essential techniques like color theory, mixing, and working with opaque vs. transparent colors.
Perfect for all skill levels—no experience needed! All materials are provided, and you'll leave with a finished painting ready to display.
